Forgetting that most of what you were given was nothing more than inherited fears,

values and emotional debris that never belonged to you.

You carry weights passed down

from generation to generation without ever being questioned. You learn how to fit inside rules that were never built for you.

And eventually, you no longer know if you are living for yourself or for the acceptance of others.

Ξεχνώντας πως τα περισσότερα που σου έδωσαν ήταν μια στοίβα από δικά τους σκατά, αξίες ή φοβίες.

Κουβαλάς βάρη που πέρασαν από γενιά σε γενιά χωρίς ποτέ να αμφισβητηθούν.

Μαθαίνεις να χωράς μέσα σε κανόνες που δεν σε χωρούσαν ποτέ πραγματικά.

Και κάποια στιγμή δεν ξέρεις αν ζεις για εσένα ή για την αποδοχή των άλλων.
